Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic: 3- 12 days
- International : 7-14 days
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through carrier website.

Refund Policy

At Nirmal Coffee, we are committed to providing the highest quality coffee products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns of unopened coffee products within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund on same day of return approval to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-12 of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
3. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items and perishable goods, such as opened coffee powder sealed bottle, are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [contact@nirmalcoffee.com] with details of the product and the defect. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and once received, we will ship a replacement to you. Product sold out side India are exchanged by our dealer or responsible delegate in that country
